Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Letterwire apps and website (the "Service"), provided by Letterwire LLC ("Letterwire," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. The information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date.
3. The Service
Letterwire is a newsletter aggregation app that receives, organizes, and displays the newsletters and emails you forward to or receive at your Letterwire address, and offers optional social features. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any third party's rights;
- Upload, share, or transmit content that is illegal, infringing, harassing, or harmful;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, or scrape or harvest data from it;
- Use the Service to send spam or to forward content you are not permitted to forward.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you create or submit (such as comments and shared posts). You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display that content as needed to operate the Service. You are responsible for the content you share and represent that you have the right to share it.
6. Third-party newsletters and links
Newsletters, emails, and links displayed in the Service are created and owned by third parties. We do not endorse and are not responsible for third-party content, and your use of it may be subject to the sender's or publisher's own terms.
7. Intellectual property
The Service itself — including its software, design, and trademarks — is owned by Letterwire and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any right to our branding or software except to use the Service as intended.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Letterwire will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the Service.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Letterwire harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
